This blog is a road-map of a Small Business Administration 504 Loan gone wrong.  Maliciously wrong at the hands of two lenders: BBVA Compass Bank and Robert D. McGee, President of Southwestern Business Financing Corporation. The signed documents, letters, emails and government certifications revealed in this blog were obtained through a court ordered subpoena in an Arizona civil litigation filed by the minority/woman-owned business that BBVA Compass Bank wrongfully destroyed in April 2013.

This story is just one example of the many small businesses throughout the country (including: Florida, California, Maryland and Arizona) who were taken advantage of by the very institutions trusted to administer a government guaranteed loan program to create jobs and boost the economy.

The complexities of an SBA 504 Loan transaction are broken down and simplified in this blog demonstrating how these lending institutions were able to manipulate and mislead the small business and the U.S.government without consequence, scrutiny, or consideration of the harm they are doing to a loan program funded by US Taxpayers.
